Are you a budding young photographer or graphic designer who loves to mix things up and create new styles and messages?

Welcome to the Australian Catholic University’s digital image competition!

The Pixel Prize is open to high school students from Australia (New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland) and from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka who have a passion for photography and graphic design. The Pixel Prize encourages students to address a topical theme through a creative, visual medium. Young image makers will be given the opportunity to connect with a photographic and design community and share their work with friends, family and the public.

This year, the theme is ‘Empathy’. For details regarding the theme, please visit the Theme page.

Awards ceremonies for local winners and finalists will be held in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Thank you to all 2016 participants who submitted wonderful photographs reflecting their vision of My Generation and congratulations to our winners and finalists. View the winning photographs on our image gallery. View the winning photographs on our image gallery.
